I've been a Professional Massage Therapist since 2008 when I completed my first medical massage course at Redding School of Massage in Redding, CA. My journey from there led me to my continued education at Holistic Life Institute in Riverbank, CA. Since then, I have continued my education in various holistic health practices feeding my passion for  knowledge and desire to help others. As all journey's go, It has evolved and changed over the course of the years, but my ultimate dream remained the same. I wanted to provide a safe haven where health and  wellness was its primary focus. 

I  am a skilled massage therapist and energy healer, with over a decade of experience in massage therapy and energy healing. My intuitive and empathic nature allows me to provide exceptional care to my clients. I strongly believe that the body, mind and soul are interconnected, and when one is affected, the others are impacted as well. For this reason, I am passionate about healing on all levels – physical, mental and emotional – and promoting holistic well-being. I have been trained in a broad range of techniques including: Swedish, Deep Tissue Massage, Shiatsu, Sports Massage, Prenatal Massage, Lymphatic Massage, Hot Stone Massage, Cranial Sacral, Reflexology, Acupressure, Aromatherapy, Raindrop, Aroma Touch, Ideology, Ayurveda Medicine,Chakra Healing, Usui Reiki, Karuna Reiki, And Somatic Breathing,

My healing style is guided primarily by my intuition. Healing is often a practice of deeper listening. My goal is to provide a space to allow you to stop and listen to your bodies needs. Our bodies speak, if we only pause to listen. I help you learn how to “tune-in” to your own body using integrated bodywork with energetic healing.

My mission is to educate clients on the importance of self-care and assist them in achieving optimal physical, emotional and mental health. I strive to aid my clients in their healing journey as well as their  personal and spiritual growth.
