MOST IMPORTANT POLICY - relax.

Your time is sacred — and so is mine. Sessions are by *appointment only* to ensure every moment is crafted to your specific needs for ultimate relaxation and healing. To preserve a calm and uninterrupted healing environment, we do not accept walk-in visits. Your wellness deserves undivided attention

Every journey begins with a promise — to ensure your chosen space and time is just for you, a credit card or valid gift card may be required to reserve your session.

Your experience begins the moment you arrive — please come 15 minutes early to breathe, relax, and prepare. This will allow for check-in and a review of your medical history and general well-being so we can address your needs during your session and provide you with the best experience.

Disconnect to reconnect — let your mind be still and allow your spirit to truly rest by turning off or silencing your phone prior to your appointment.

Your well-being comes first - your health, comfort and safety are the heart of every session. Prior to, or at the beginning of every session, a medical questionnaire or intake form is to be completed. Please share any health conditions, recent injuries, surgeries, or changes in your well-being prior to your appointment. This allows me to tailor your wellness journey to your needs and ensure that every touch supports your healing.

Massage is a beautiful complement to wellness - but it is not a substitute for medical care. If you are under a doctor’s care or have concerns about receiving massage, we encourage you to consult your healthcare provider before scheduling.

Your health is precious - massage and bodywork is not appropriate care for infectious or contagious illness. Please cancel or reschedule your appointment as soon as you are aware of an infection or contagious condition. If it is within the 24 hour notice period, the cancellation fee may be waved.

Gentle care for all ages - for the safety and comfort of our youngest guests, massage sessions for minors (under 18) require prior parental or guardian consent. A parent or guardian is to be present during the session to ensure a secure environment of trust, safety and gentle care. We're here to support wellness at every stage of life.

Youth is our future - we believe in supporting the youth in their journey toward a healthy lifestyle. However, only those minors receiving services are allowed to stay.

Any special accommodations? - in the event you may need any assistance during your office visit, please notify us in advance so that we may be better prepared to serve you.

Communication - If you have any further questions or inquires, please feel free to contact us during our scheduled hours of operation If reaching us during our closed hours, please leave a message and we will respond at our earliest convenience. Luna Soul Wellness and Massage is not responsible for any fees imposed upon you by your communication services provider associated with sending email, phone or text massage.

Important Booking Info - After booking, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Your appointment is not booked until you receive this confirmation email. Your credit card may be requested at booking and is only used to hold your reservation and to enforce the cancellation policy. Payment is due at the end of your visit. Tip is encouraged, but not required.

Cancellation and no-show

At Luna Soul Wellness and Massage, each session is a special time set aside just for you — a space for rest, renewal, and healing. We honor the value of your time and ours, and kindly ask the same in return.

24-hours courtesy: If you need to reschedule or cancel, please give at least 24 hours’ notice so we can offer your time to another guest in need of care.
Late Cancellation: Changes made to your appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged a $25 late cancellation fee.
Arriving Late: To respect the flow of the day, sessions will end at their scheduled time, and the full service fee will still apply.

15 Minute Grace: Life happens. In the event you running late, please notify us as soon as you are able. If you are expected to be later then 15 minutes, we will politely ask that you re-schedule your appointment to a later date. A late cancellation fee may be applied to your account to be paid at your next scheduled appointment. If in the event that no communication was made, the no-show policy will apply.

No-Shows: Missing an appointment without notice will result in a 50% fee of your service costs for your first missed appointment, and 100% of your service costs for each missed session after. A $25 deposit fee will then be required for future reservations after your first missed appointment. Continued missed appointments may result in your ability to book for future services to be blocked.

Our practice is founded on professionalism, respect, trust, and compassion. To ensure every client and therapist feels safe and comfortable, we ask that all guests and staff to honor the following boundaries to create a safe and respectful environment.

Client Expectations

Arrive with respect for the therapeutic nature of massage.
Wear appropriate attire before and after treatment.
Follow all draping procedures throughout the session.
Communicate openly regarding pressure, comfort, or treatment preferences.
Treat all staff with kindness, courtesy, and professionalism.

Professional Boundaries

Massage therapy is a professional, certified, and ethical health and wellness service. Any behavior that is sexual, explicit, intimidating, abusive, or disrespectful is inconsistent with our standards of care.

Examples of inappropriate conduct include, but are not limited to:

Sexual comments, jokes, innuendos, or suggestive conversation
Requests for services outside the scope of therapeutic massage
Inappropriate touching of the therapist or self
Intentional exposure or repeated attempts to remove draping
Lewd gestures or sexually explicit behavior
Harassment, discrimination, threats, or abusive language
Recording sessions without permission
Arriving under the influence of drugs or alcohol in a manner that compromises safety

If Professional Boundaries Are Violated

Should inappropriate conduct occur:

The session will end immediately.
Full payment for the scheduled appointment will remain due.
Future appointments may be declined.
Severe incidents involving harassment, assault, or threats may be reported to local law enforcement and/or the appropriate licensing authorities.

Right to Refuse Service

Our therapists reserve the right to refuse or discontinue treatment at any time if:

A client displays inappropriate, disrespectful, or sexually suggestive behavior.
A client arrives under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
A client's medical condition or health history indicates that massage is not safe or appropriate at that time.
A client fails to disclose relevant health information that may affect treatment.
A client is verbally abusive, threatening, or engages in harassment of any kind.
A client repeatedly arrives late, fails to follow office policies, or does not respect professional boundaries.
I believe that providing treatment would be unsafe, unethical, or outside my professional scope of practice.

If a session is ended due to inappropriate behavior or a violation of these policies, the full session fee will be charged, and future appointments may be declined. If conflicts continue such as refusal to leave, refusal to pay, harassment, etc. - authorities will be contacted.
